We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations and overall physical upkeep of the assigned property. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, functional, and welcoming community for our residents.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with apartment turns, addressing property repairs, and maintaining the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment.
This role is expected to follow all JBA Management policies, procedures, and maintenance standards, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Maintenance Technician will also follow the company’s safety and risk management practices, properly care for tools and equipment, and work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to ensure maintenance needs are completed efficiently, professionally, and with excellent customer service.
